The Casebook by Status widget displays the total number of casebooks and their reviewed status (Assigned, Not Reviewed, Investigating, and Escalate). This allows you to view if there are a backload of casebooks that are not being worked on, or if casebooks are being escalated and not being closed. Casebook by Status exclude closed cases.
